Amplify Screener No Longer Answers Questions for Candidates

We fixed an issue where the Screener would occasionally answer screening questions instead of presenting them to the candidate, especially when Optimized for Multilingual was enabled. Now, the Screener correctly delivers the questions as intended, ensuring candidates receive them verbatim in their preferred language.
